Green River takes the stage at Penn’s Peak in Jim Thorpe on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 8:00 PM, delivering a nationally touring tribute to Creedence Clearwater Revival and John Fogerty. Led by native New Yorker Rick “Noodles” Horvath, the band channels the sound and spirit of CCR with remarkable authenticity.
Horvath began singing Creedence songs in his very first band at just 13 years old, and Green River is the culmination of a lifelong passion for this classic American rock. The show faithfully recreates a live CCR performance, offering a full 90 minutes of favorites such as “Bad Moon Rising,” “Proud Mary,” and “Up Around the Bend.”
Fans can also expect extended jams on songs like “Born on the Bayou” and “Susie Q,” along with John Fogerty solo hits including “The Old Man Down the Road” and “Centerfield.” With roots rock and swamp rock grooves, Green River celebrates the timeless catalog of a band whose music remains a staple of American radio.
