Hand Quilting – Mug Rug takes place at Johnson College in Scranton on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 8:30 AM. This hands-on class introduces the calm, rewarding process of hand quilting while guiding participants through the steps of creating a quilted mug rug.

Students will learn foundational techniques, including preparing and layering materials and stitching clean, even lines at a relaxed pace. The course is open to all skill levels and is designed to build confidence and craft skills while creating a finished piece to take home.

No sewing experience is required.
