Intermediate Wheel Throwing for Adults at Peaceful Potter in Wilkes-Barre will be held on Tuesday evenings, February 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, offering returning students the chance to deepen their skills on the pottery wheel. This class is designed for those who have completed Intro to Pottery or have equivalent experience and are ready to refine technique and control.
Across four consecutive Tuesday sessions, participants will work on more advanced wheel-thrown forms, focusing on consistency, shape, trimming and finishing. Guided instruction and demonstrations will help students troubleshoot common challenges while they continue to develop personal style and confidence at the wheel.
Students will return during the second weekend of the following month to glaze their pieces at their leisure, choosing colors and finishes to complete their work before the final firing.
