Samuel Adams Beer Experience will take place at PJ’s 1910 Pub inside the Hilton Scranton & Conference Center in Scranton on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 6:00 PM. This curated five-course beer dinner highlights thoughtfully prepared dishes paired with craft selections from Samuel Adams.
The evening begins with mini pretzel bites served with whole grain mustard and beer cheese paired with Samuel Adams Boston Lager, followed by a citrus shrimp and avocado salad with lemon vinaigrette paired with Samuel Adams Summer Ale. The third course features herb-roasted pork tenderloin with apple chutney and Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat.
The fourth course includes coffee-rubbed short ribs served with smoked gouda polenta and paired with Samuel Adams Cold Snap. The dinner concludes with dark chocolate lava cake and vanilla bean ice cream, paired with Samuel Adams American Light.
Each course is designed to balance the flavors of the dish and beer, creating a progressive tasting experience from light and refreshing to rich and indulgent.
