The George P. Maffei II Theatre at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre opens its doors to the public for a full season of student-driven productions. This vibrant performing arts center presents four shows each year, showcasing the talent, creativity, and dedication of the college’s theater students. From musicals to dramas, the George P. The season traditionally begins with a fall musical and ends with a spring Shakespeare production, offering a mix of classic literature and theatrical spectacle. Recent titles have included The Who’s Tommy, Godspell, Moon Over Buffalo, Other Desert Cities, The Secret in the Wings, and Doubt—a lineup that reflects both range and quality.
