Quails R Us…Plus in Honesdale, PA is a family-owned poultry farm and market focused on fresh, responsibly raised products. The farm specializes in vegetarian-fed poultry and eggs produced under humane conditions.
The operation began in 2009, built on a lifelong background in poultry production. Today, the farm raises cage-free chickens, turkey, guinea fowl, and other poultry. Fresh eggs are collected and sold regularly. Pork, lamb, goat, and select local products are also available through the farm market. Calkins Creamery cheeses are offered as well.
All poultry is butchered and processed on site in the farm’s USDA certified facility. A fee-based butcher service is available for customers. Many local restaurants also source meats from the farm. Care practices focus on hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and animal byproduct-free diets.
Quails R Us…Plus also partners with Twin Brook Farms and Livestock for a multi-farm meat CSA. This collaboration provides access to grass-fed beef, lamb, goat, and pastured pork. The CSA offers monthly shares and direct connections with local farmers.
