It’s all about eating fresh at CoreLife, a small chain that began in Syracuse in 2015 and recently opened a location in Wilkes-Barre. You won’t find GMOs, trans fats, or artificial additives here. They proudly use sustainably raised meats, and many of the ingredients are locally sourced. CoreLife specializes in green bowls (salads), grain bowls, and broth bowls.

All bowls are gluten-free, and there are many vegan and vegetarian options.

Menu Highlights

You can build your own bowl or order a signature combination from the menu. For a hearty salad, try the Mediterranean green bowl with hummus, falafel, cucumbers, feta, tomatoes, onion, and cucumber basil dressing. Grain bowls like the southwest grilled chicken and tuna poke bowls feature veggies and other toppings over a bed of warm rice or quinoa. Cozy up with a broth bowl, like the spicy ginger steak and rice noodle combination.
