Residents of Wilkes-Barre’s North End neighborhoods can access the extensive materials and services of the Osterhout Library through the North Branch on Oliver Street in Parsons.

Housed in an old church, the North Branch holds over 15,000 books and items. This branch features a children’s read and play room and an authentic church organ.

Library cardholders are welcome to borrow books, utilize computers and services, and they even have access to all of the amenities at the much larger Central Branch as well as all other branches.
