Regulate & Restore: A Yoga-Based Nervous System Toolkit Group begins at Grasta Counseling Services in Scranton on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, running 6:00 PM–7:30 PM as Week 1 of a six-week series. The full series meets weekly on Wednesdays through March 11, 2026, and participants are encouraged to attend all sessions for the greatest benefit.
This in-person, beginner-friendly group supports adults who want practical tools for anxiety, stress, burnout, and nervous system regulation. Through gentle yoga, breathwork, grounding practices, and Polyvagal-informed education, participants learn to recognize nervous system states, shift out of chronic stress patterns, and build a personalized emotional regulation toolkit for daily life.
No prior yoga experience is required, and the group is designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and practice skills that can be carried into everyday routines.
