Self-Care Saturday | Indraloka Animal Sanctuary, Dalton
Saturday, May 30, 2026 and Saturday, August 8, 2026 | 10:00 AM
Self-Care Saturday takes place at Indraloka Animal Sanctuary in Dalton on May 30, 2026 and August 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM, offering a two-hour restorative experience with rescued farm animals and quiet time for reflection. Registration is required.
Designed for individuals ages 18 and older, this gathering begins with silent meditation and a mindful walk along the sanctuary’s one-mile perimeter path. The pace is intentionally unhurried, allowing the rhythm of each step and the calm of the land to support clarity, grounding, and ease.
After the walk, participants spend gentle, unstructured time with Indraloka’s animal residents, whose stories and presence offer reminders of resilience, trust, and steady connection. The experience emphasizes the rare gift of simply being—mindful, rooted, and attentive to life unfolding in the moment.
Participants should wear footwear suitable for walking on natural terrain such as grass, mud, or lingering snow, depending on the weather conditions.
