Find balance, stillness, and healing at Reiki-Infused Restorative Yoga with Yoga Flow with Lisa Mo at the Tree of Life Shoppe in Ringtown on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 5:00 PM. This tranquil 75-minute class blends restorative yoga and Reiki energy healing for a deeply relaxing self-care experience in a warm, softly lit space with gentle ambient music.
No previous yoga experience is needed. Participants will be guided through a series of fully supported postures using props such as bolsters and blocks, allowing the body to release tension through passive stretching. During these restful poses, Lisa Mo will circulate the room to share Reiki, a Japanese energy practice that promotes deep relaxation and encourages the body’s natural healing processes.
Investment: $15 per person. Class size is limited to 12 participants, and advance registration is recommended at calendly.com/lisamoyoga/TOLReikiRest. Walk-ins will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis if space allows.
What to bring: a pillowcase for the provided bolster, two blankets, a yoga mat (loaners available), water, and any cozy items such as warm socks or an eye pillow. Please notify the instructor of any sensitivities to essential oils, which may be used during class.
