Designed for individuals ages 18 and older, this experience begins with a quiet, grounding silent meditation walk along the sanctuary’s perimeter, creating space to restore balance and settle into the natural rhythms of spring.

Participants will set intentions through hands-on activities that reflect growth and new beginnings, including planting seeds and painting rocks that will be displayed throughout the sanctuary. The morning also includes time to connect with Indraloka’s rescued animal residents, offering a gentle reminder of presence, compassion, and shared calm.
