The North Pocono Cultural Society is a nonprofit organization that has brought the arts and culture to the community since 1981. They host events like the Moscow Country Street Fair, Russian Christmas in Moscow, art shows, concerts and an annual garden contest.

The North Pocono Cultural Society also provides scholarship funds for art, music and drama to graduating students at North Pocono High School.
