Summer Solstice takes place at Indraloka Animal Sanctuary in Dalton on Sunday, June 21, 2026 at 8:00 AM, welcoming guests for a morning of renewal, nature, and connection through mindful practices and time with rescued farm animals. Registration is required.
Designed for individuals ages 18 and older, this solstice gathering begins with a peaceful silent meditation walk around the sanctuary’s perimeter, encouraging participants to slow down, restore balance, and feel grounded by the natural surroundings.
The morning continues with reflective, hands-on activities that celebrate the season, including weaving grass and flower crowns as a gesture of gratitude. Participants will also add a playful, uplifting element by creating gentle percussion for the sanctuary’s bird village.
Quiet visits with Indraloka’s beloved animal residents help deepen the experience, offering a calm space for presence and connection. This gathering is intended to nourish the spirit and invite wonder as summer begins.
