Join fans from across the country at The Office 5K: Season Five in Scranton on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 1:00 PM. This unique race brings the world of NBC’s The Office to life while supporting the local nonprofit Valley In Motion.
Runners will follow a course that passes iconic locations featured in the series, including the Electric City sign, The Office mural, Penn Paper, Cooper’s Seafood House and the Dwight Schrute mural. Many participants take part in costume, adding to the fun and fan-driven atmosphere.
This year’s event also includes a special guest appearance by Bobby Ray Shafer, Jr., known for his role as Bob Vance of Vance Refrigeration.
The race is part of a full weekend of themed events, including guided walking tours of filming locations, trivia nights, comedy shows, a themed marketplace, pub crawls and an exhibit at the Everhart Museum featuring memorabilia from the show.
With hundreds of runners already registered from across the U.S. and beyond, this event continues to grow into a must-attend experience for fans of the series.
