On May 19, Kalahari Resorts in Pocono Manor will host the first annual Food and (Not Just) Wine Festival. The event aims to showcase the absolute best of Kalahari dining. We recently stopped in for a sneak peek at some of the tasty dishes and expertly crafted cocktails guest can look forward to.

We checked out resort restaurants B-Lux Grill & Bar, Cinco Niños, Sortino’s Italian Kitchen, and Double Cut Steak House. Each stop offered a sampling of chef favorites and delicious top sellers, all paired with popular cocktails.

The festival will feature exciting cooking, mixology demonstrations and live entertainment. Of course, there will be more delicious samples than you can even imagine. We were lucky to try the Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac & Cheese, Jalapeño Popper Shotguns, Pasta Mafia, hand-rolled sushi and so much more. The specialty drinks such as the Dragonberry Mojito, Lemon Basil Martini and the Blackberry Manhattan were crafted to perfection.
