Our nationally-connected, community-oriented primary care focus in all programs and specialties enables us to train compassionate, highly-skilled providers in community and health-based health centers while alleviating the national shortage of primary care physicians.
Our affiliated entity, The Wright Center for Community Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike, includes a growing network of 8 community health centers in both rural and urban settings throughout Northeast Pennsylvania where we provide vulnerable and medically underserved communities a whole-patient, team-based approach to care.
Our patient-centric, medical home model approach includes comprehensive primary and pediatric care, behavioral health, addiction & recovery services, a Ryan White HIV and Infectious Disease Clinic, dental services, Lifestyle Medicine, an Alzheimer’s and Dementia Unit, a Mobile Outreach program, and an unfolding Street Medicine Program.
