Baseball U PA in Scranton is a premier indoor training facility dedicated to developing top-level baseball and softball athletes. Open year-round, this professional-grade facility helps players refine their skills in hitting, pitching, fielding, and catching while also emphasizing speed, agility, and game strategy. Beyond athletic development, Baseball U PA focuses on building character, teaching respect, discipline, and teamwork to help young athletes grow both on and off the field.
Excellence in Training & Competition
Founded in 2005 as Scranton Miners Baseball, Baseball U PA has become one of the leading travel baseball organizations in the Northeastern United States. The program consistently produces elite-level players, with more college commitments than any other travel organization in Pennsylvania for five consecutive years. Athletes ages 7–18 can train in structured programs, attend skill-specific camps, and compete on highly competitive travel teams.
Community, Service & Advancement
The organization takes pride in developing well-rounded players who make an impact beyond the diamond. Every athlete participates in community service projects, fostering leadership and a strong sense of responsibility. Since its founding, the organization has helped over 1,200 players advance to collegiate programs and has seen 149 drafted into professional baseball, including 10 first-round picks.
