Last week, we joined Pocono Biking for one of their awesome, scenic rides along the Lehigh Gorge Trail. The trail is one of their most popular rides and from our first-hand experience, we can certainly see why. With this ride, you can choose the 15 or 25-mile route. We opted for the 15-mile run knowing we’d want to stop for photos.

The trail was wide with a slight downhill grade, and meandered alongside the Lehigh River, offering plenty of opportunities for epic views. We often found we were not alone as classic Pocono Mountain wildlife seemed to make an appearance around every turn.

The ride ended back in Jim Thorpe where we had plenty of options to grab a bite to eat. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.
