A commitment to elegant, authentic and simple Italian cooking along with an emphasis on sustainable, locally farmed meat and produce are the core principles behind Old Tioga Farm. This husband and wife run farm to table restaurant in Stillwater is one of the most coveted reservations in NEPA.

Old Tioga Farm is a rather unconventional dining experience offering a fixed-price, five-course dinner in a quaint, well-appointed 18 seat dining room. They are a BYOB so bring along your favorite bottle of wine.

Every meal at Old Tioga Farm is a direct reflection of a food philosophy that honors pure and simple ingredients, demands a healthy reverence for the land and the customer, and displays a passion for rustic Italian cooking.

Past menus have featured items like red beet ravioli with butter and chives, grilled pork with rosemary and garlic and tagliatelle with pesto and ricotta.

Reservations through email only are a must and they fill up quickly, so planning well ahead is suggested.

Cooking classes at the farm and small-group culinary tours of Italy are held frequently, check the website for details.
