Pristine Pocono Forests

The Thomas Darling Preserve near Blakeslee features 2,500 acres of meadows and marshes to explore. The 2.2-mile loop trail will lead you through some of the state’s largest spruce forests and the tranquil wetlands.

Don’t worry about getting your shoes wet; the boardwalks will keep you high and dry as you cross through the marshy areas. Be sure to visit in May or June when the native shrubs are in full bloom.

The Thomas Darling Preserve is also open to the public for hunting. Hunters must follow all Pennsylvania State Game Land rules.
