Twenty-one is a milestone year. It means finally getting to partake in all the joys of adulthood. Unfortunately, these joys typically include new responsibilities and expectations. But, more importantly, 21 also means new ways to have fun!
Despite the stereotypes, turning 21 isn’t all about going wild. Luckily, Northeastern Pennsylvania has plenty of alternatives.
