Fishing & Boating in the Northern Poconos
Lower Woods Pond is a 91-acre lake outside of Pleasant Mount, in the heart of the Wayne County countryside. The lake is owned by the state and managed by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. It is open for the public for fishing and boating.
This tranquil lake is open to boats with electric motors and unpowered boats. A launch ramp is available.
