We took a look around this boutique to check out their inventory for this mid-summer season, and safe to say it did not disappoint. First, we chatted with Kitty Lou’s owner, Jackie Demcher about what makes this Pottsville gem such a special piece of the community. Originally, Demcher was in the business of selling children’s clothing, but as her kids grew up, so did her merchandise. And Kitty Lou isn’t just a snazzy name; Demcher named her boutique after her grandmother, who “is always dressed to the nines.” Demcher loves helping her customers find their style and finding unique and adorable pieces to keep her inventory ever-changing.
