Fuji has been a sushi staple in Downtown Pittston for years. Now, they’ve extended their reach to Downtown Scranton – but with a twist. Fuji Ramen opened its doors for the first time on Penn Ave. and is already making waves in the community. 

Fuji Ramen offers authentic Japanese ramen in a sleek, modern environment. We got a chance to sample some of their delicious menu offerings including Tonkotsu Ramen, Tuna Poke Bowl, Strawberry Tea and Takoyaki.
