Vinyasa alone is characterized by stringing together postures to move seamlessly from one pose to another while focusing on the breath. The variable of Slow Flow Vinyasa helps us to develop a more balanced body with strength and focus on target areas. No two classes are alike and with Slow Flow Vinyasa we are able to mindfully work around injuries or limitations.
Amy is a 200-RYT and recent graduate of 300-YTT/500-RYT who found her love of yoga through her own body limitations after several sports injuries. Her aim is to make sure everyone feels strong and confident in their body and what it is capable of. All levels and bodies welcome, always.
