Keystone Mission Transformation Center | Long-term recovery and renewal in Wilkes-Barre
The Keystone Mission Transformation Center in Wilkes-Barre is a faith-based residential facility offering men a structured path to recovery and stability. Operated by Keystone Mission, this nonprofit organization is dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction and poverty throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. Since 2005, the mission has supported men and women through programs rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, built upon five core pillars of transformation.
Residential Program for Lasting Change
Located on Parkview Circle, the Transformation Center offers a long-term residential program tailored to men facing addiction and chronic homelessness. Residents receive consistent medical, mental health and drug and alcohol treatment, along with guidance in life skills and job readiness. Local partners and service agencies help equip participants with tools they need to reintegrate into society and maintain a healthier, more stable lifestyle.
Mission-wide Support & Locations
The Transformation Center is one of three Keystone Mission facilities. The organization also operates day centers at the Scranton Innovation Center for Homeless & Poverty and the Wilkes-Barre Innovation Center for Homeless & Poverty. These locations provide meals, emergency shelter, ID recovery and more. Together, these services support the mission’s goal to be a source of hope, healing and transformation for Northeastern PA’s most vulnerable.
