The Newfoundland Area Public Library is one of seven local libraries that make up the Wayne Library Alliance. They mainly serve Wayne and Pike counties, but their doors are always open to all.

The Newfoundland Public Library has been at the heart of the community since 1967. The library is home to a collection of books, DVDs, audiobooks and other resources. They also offer a wide range of fun and educational programs for children and adults.
