Born in Big Mine Run in 1952, Bob McCormick experienced the decline of Pennsylvania’s Anthracite Era first-hand. His paintings and writings articulate memories, concerns, and musings regarding the history of coal in Pennsylvania, its lasting impact, and the state of our nation.
