The Greenhouse Project hosts series is geared for runners, skiers, Hikers, golfers, bikers, and everyone who wants to strengthen and injury-proof their body. Gentle morning stretches.

It includes Vinyasa-style yoga practice beginning with a dynamic sequence and moving into sun salutations that link strength-building exercises and yoga targeting muscle groups specific to running and many other daily activities.

The class ends with a breathing exercise and relaxation to build a body-mind connection.
