Make Thursday your night for self-care with Zen Meditation with Flowing River Sangha. Wear comfortable clothes and non-slip socks. It’s recommended to bring a cushion or a kneeling bench. Chairs are available.
If you’re new, please arrive 15 minutes early for basic instructions. Classes are free, but donations to Gather WB are accepted and encouraged.
Right before the Zen Meditation, there is a free Tai Chi class as well.
