Main Street Makery will help you take milk, rennet and salt and magically turn it into a ball of the freshest mozzarella you’ve ever eaten. They’ll first walk you step by step through the process, you’ll then get to sample the cheese you made and take home the rest. All supplies and the recipe are included.
