Half Barrel Brewing Company in Lehighton claims a densely-wooded stretch of the southern Pocono Mountains. And, in its short tenure, the little brewery has made a name for itself among local, craft beer fans.

The brewery keeps it straightforward and simple. Look out for their perfectly crisp Pilsner, or delightfully dark and creamy Oatmeal Stout. The fall brings out their beautiful, amber-hued Oktoberfest. And, in the warmer months, you’ll find yourself dreaming of their lighter, easy-drinking brews.

Stop by and grab a seat by the fire pit at their cozy, little taproom in the woods. Aside from their spacious outdoor seating and pavilion, they also offer a small indoor bar with a few high tops.
