In Italian, Pazzo means crazy, which is how the staff at Pazzo 315 in Pittston describe their unwavering dedication to working in the kitchen and their food, of course. They call their food “crazy-good”.
Chef Sam Agolino’s family has been in the restaurant business for 25 years. Sam grew up in the business and believes a dinner should be delicious, comfortable, memorable, and relaxing, and he views visitors not as customers, but as guests.
