The 1925 Cottage is one of five historic homes built by the Gumble brothers, locals who were well known for their amazing craftsmanship. It has been completely restored with historic accuracy, while updated for modern living and comfort.

The 1925 Cottage can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it a great location for family trips or large groups. It features 4 bedrooms with queen beds, a pull-out sofa, and 2.5 baths. Enjoy dinner in the full kitchen or have a cookout at the outdoor patio and grill. Kick back with a book in the sunroom or relax in the downstairs game room.

The cottage is available for rent year-round.  Guests have access to a shared dock at Lake Wallenpaupack in season. Guests can also use the cottage’s canoe at Upper Lake in Promised Land State Park in season.
