Explore the “Niagara of Pennsylvania”
With eight awe-inspiring waterfalls, Bushkill Falls is nothing short of a natural wonder. This 300-acre park in the Poconos offers outstanding views of the roaring waterfalls and lush forests.
Bushkill Falls features four trails with options for all ages. We went for the Red Trail, the longest trail in the park at about two miles.
A short walk led us directly to the Main Falls, the tallest waterfall in the park. This mighty waterfall is the highlight of Bushkill Falls, tumbling 100 feet down into the rocky canyon. Bridges and boardwalks help visitors get an up-close view.
The trail continued along the creek, offering views of Bridesmaid’s Falls and Bridal Veil Falls. A quick stop at the Delaware Valley Lookout provided the perfect place to relax, take photos and admire the rolling mountains.
Of course, we brought the camera along to capture our adventure. Check out our photos and start planning your visit to Bushkill Falls. Visit their website for hours, admission prices, trail maps and other helpful visitor information.
