Schuylkill Haven’s Best Kept Secret

Take a step back in time at Main Street Moonshine, a Prohibition-themed distillery and pub in downtown Schuylkill Haven. They’ve transformed the historic Meck Knitting Mill into a ‘20s-style speakeasy, restaurant, and gift shop. Originally built in 1905, the mill adds a historical touch to your experience.

Main Street Moonshine distills and bottles all of their “shine” onsite. Take a tour to learn how it’s made and try some for yourself. It’s super smooth and clean— you’ll be surprised! You can even make your own 750 ml jar of moonshine.

The restaurant and bar serve American cuisine for lunch and dinner. Dine in and takeout are available.

Distillery tours, tastings, and “Make Your Own Flavor of Moonshine” are available Friday evenings and Saturdays. Reservations are recommended. Jeremiah James & The Revival, a nationally acclaimed classic country and rock band, plays every Thursday evening, no cover.
