Family Fun at Dunmore’s Local Park

Since 1958, Sherwood Park in Dunmore has been a hub for the community. This beloved park is full of things for families to do. A playground offers swings, slides, and equipment to play all day. In the summer, the kids love to cool down at the splash pad. A picnic area is available.

Sherwood Park is home to youth sports fields, including baseball, softball, and soccer. And you can always shoot some hoops at the basketball courts.

The Sherwood Youth Association helps maintain the park and keep it beautiful for the whole community. They host fundraisers and fun events, including their annual carnival.
