Craft Spirits and Cocktails

The mother-daughter duo at Silverback Distillery makes top-notch whiskey, vodka, and gin. The women in the family have been making spirits for over a century, and the tradition continues today at their location in East Stroudsburg.

Come check out Silverback’s production facility and tasting room, which is located in a revamped airplane hangar. They offer tastings, bottle sales, and cocktails. Try their famous smoked drinks, or go for a straight pour of their award-winning spirits. Their smooth Beringei Vodka, traditional Strange Monkey gin and sweet Blackback Honey Rye Whiskey have racked up medals from national and international festivals.

Visit in the summer to enjoy a drink on the patio. They frequently host events and live music.

In addition to their Pocono location, Silverback Distillery also operates a flagship location in Afton, Virginia.
