Winter is on the Way – Are You Ready for the Slopes? With cold weather just around the corner, NOW is the time to build the strength, stability, and endurance you need to make the most of every run. Don’t miss the Winter-Ready Conditioning Workshop at Ski Shack on Saturday, December 7th at 10 am.
This interactive session is led by Doctor of Physical Therapy and life-long skier, Dr. Chelsea Mancuso, is designed to help you move better, prevent injuries, and tackle each run with confidence. For a unique twist we’ll be using ski boots as weights and props to target specific muscle groups, boost balance, and build flexibility.
All levels are welcome, so whether you’re a seasoned skier or novice snowboarder, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to get winter-ready! Make sure to wear sneakers, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (a few extra mats will be available).
