This experience is appropriate for those with all levels of yoga experience—beginners welcome! They will start with an hour of movement and breath, led by RYT®500+ Lisa Molendini of Yoga Flow with Lisa Mo, set to the backdrop of a playlist of songs all about gratitude.

This class is all about YOU! Whether you’re looking for a workout or a chance to breathe, stretch, and relax, options will be given to tailor class to exactly what your body is craving.
After yoga, they’ll set aside some time for participants to share in a mimosa or sparkling OJ toast before enjoying a delicious Crimson House brunch.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water for class, and dress comfortably for movement.
