Join Lisa Mo for a special candlelight yoga class and guided meditation to honor and acknowledge Winter Solstice, and welcome back the light through this beautiful seasonal transition.
This 75-minute slow flow class will be set to winter-themed music, including some traditional Yule carols in the style of our pre-Christian ancestors, and will be appropriate for all levels of experience–beginners always welcome.
