You know summer is on its way when the griddle starts sizzling at Jones’ Potato Pancakes on Harveys Lake.  The Crew at Jones’ has been serving up their famous potato pancakes for three generations. And in that time, this humble stop for fried goodies has become an iconic Northeastern Pennsylvania destination.

Aside from crispy potato pancakes, Jones’ also serves NEPA favorites like pierogis and classic fair foods like fries and hot dogs. You can also order a side of sour cream or ketchup for dipping. But if you’re a real pancake pro, you’ll go for the applesauce.
