Yes, it’s the shortest day of the year, but that shouldn’t keep you off the trails! Join the park naturalist on a hike along a portion of the Abington Trail. You will enjoy a ~2 mile loop along the southern end of the park, discussing how our forests have prepared for the upcoming winter. This trail is over moderate terrain with tripping hazards and a uphill portion.

Dress in layers, wear proper footwear, and bring drinking water/snacks.
